Welcome Visitors!
At the Unitarian Universalist Church of Vancouver (UUCV; we're in Washington State, USA), all visitors and newcomers are sincerely welcome. We hope you will explore this website and then plan to visit us in person on Sunday morning to get better acquainted with our liberal faith community.
People who are new to our congregation, and perhaps new to Unitarian Universalism, often have questions about us. For answers to some of the more common questions, please click on the links below under Frequently Asked Questions. Watch a 30-second video about UU-ism.
Unitarian Universalists comprise a unique faith community in that we require no specific creedal allegiance. Our friends and members are free to seek their own spiritual Truth from all authentic sources of wisdom. We believe if we share a reverence for the mystery and wonder of the universe, as well as a commitment to social justice and the equality of all peoples, that we can worship, learn, and grow together. Our Seven Principles may provide insight into some of our common views.
Sunday Services are at 9:30 and 11:15 a.m. during the fall, winter, and spring. During the summer months (mid-June thru mid-September) we have just one service at 10:00 a.m. Please check our calendar for exact dates.
We provide a vital Religious Education program for children as well as classes and other enrichment opportunities for adults. You will find more information about our excellent programs on this website. Following the worship service, many of us stay for a few minutes of coffee and conversation. We want to get to know you so we hope you
will join us. Please let us know if you are a visitor so we can have a
chance to welcome you. Anyone with a UUCV name tag will be happy to
answer questions and even show you around if you like.
We hope you, and any family members you care to bring with you, will join us for a lovely Sunday morning experience. Frequently Asked Questions: Why Visit?
