Special Events

Special Events include concerts, recitals, coffeehouses, contra dances, socials, celebrations, and artist receptions, featuring all different genres of music and talent.

Individuals as well as small vocal and instrumental groups come together for the joy of practicing and performing together at special events.

Coffeehouses might include music, poetry, comedy and theatrical performances as well.

Contra dances are great fun for all, especially children. No partner is necessary; the steps are taught by the caller, and beginners are welcome. Our contra dances are gender-role free and are open to everyone regardless of sexual orientation, dance experience, or number of left feet.
